Who do virtual assistants work for? Almost any business, brick and mortar or Internet-based (find out more specifically in the program).
Hi, I’m Pam Ivey, and my passion is helping new and seasoned virtual assistants through mentoring, training and networking.
I’ve been a virtual assistant since 2001. They call that an “old-timer” in this industry. I was tired of working for “the man” (or in my case, a woman. I actually ‘affectionately’ thought of her as “Satan’s Wife”. =:)
I searched and searched and tried a number of different options to try to generate enough consistent income to be able to work at home. I traveled 75 minutes each way to and from work (that’s almost 3 hours a day!) and was sick of the lost time and expensive gas and car maintenance costs. Blah!
For over 10 years, I ran a very successful multi-VA company, known as My Creative Assistant (MCA) plus, I’ve also developed three VA associations: Canadian Virtual Assistant Network (CVAN), Real Estate Vitrual Assistant Institute (REVA Institute), and the Coaches, Authors, Speakers Professional Assistants Association (CASPAA). I am also co-founder of the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants (CAVA) and the Global Alliance of Virtual Assistants (GAVA).
And I’m a member of countless others. Yes, I am a networking junkie! But all of the connections I’ve made with the many VAs out there have brought me a lot of great information, tools, clients, and a stellar reputation.
Since becoming a VA, not only have I had the pleasure of working with numerous interesting clients in several industries, but I’ve been able to put all of my skills – yes, from the old 9-5 office days, to work with everything I do – be more creative and inspired, and do what I love doing most!
I haven’t looked back – and I know many, many other VAs who haven’t either. This kind of work can be very fulfilling in so many ways, and I want that for you too!
That’s why I’ve put together the introductory course, so you can have a good sampling of what being a VA is all about. I’ll walk you through it all, step-by-step, from A to Z.
Here’s a look at what you’ll learn…
As you can see, this course is chock-full of information that will guide you in starting and running your own profitable virtual assistant business. And don’t worry, you can still work at your “day job” while you’re building your business. Many of us have done that, and some still do. The great thing is, you set your own rules!
I want to stress that this program is full of hard-core content. Information and instruction you can use to start and run your own successful virtual assistance business. You won’t find any fluff or filler here!
The investment you will make on this Virtual Assistant Success BluePrint program is a fraction of what you would need to shell out for a year-long (or more) program at a post-secondary institution and you’ll get so much more. (In much less time too!)
I’m not going to teach you how to be an online secretary. I’m going to teach you how to set up and run a viable virtual assistance business and load you up with awesome templates, samples, forms and tons of information to get you started on the right foot.
I’ve been a successful professional virtual assistant for nearly 10 years and am excited to share with you, all the insider secrets, techniques, and advice that led me to where I am today.
If you have any questions after reading the information here, I’d be happy to help. Just send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To your virtual success!
Pam Ivey, Cert SBM, CPREA, CRESS, CMP, OMMC
